Can one account manage multiple businesses?
Every registered business has its own Business ID and isolated records. Owners can create locations and team accounts inside that business.
Can a Spot user see another warehouse's stock?
No. Team screens and APIs are restricted to the locations assigned by the Business Owner or Admin.
What happens during a stock transfer?
Dispatched quantity leaves source stock and appears in pipeline. After destination acceptance, the actual received bags and weight increase destination stock.
Can weather-related weight changes be recorded?
Yes. Final physical weight gain or loss can be submitted as an auditable adjustment and approved by an authorized account.
Does the app work without internet?
The interface can detect offline status, but a transaction is never shown as saved until the server confirms it.
