Scope
This policy covers subscription fees paid to L.V. Softech; it does not cover payments recorded between mandi businesses, farmers, customers, transporters or employees.
Request period
A subscription refund review may be requested within 7 calendar days of the initial payment when the service has not been materially used. Renewals and consumed periods are normally non-refundable except where required by law or caused by duplicate/incorrect charging.
Non-refundable items
Completed setup, training, migration, custom development, third-party fees and taxes already remitted may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
How to request
Email support@msmapp.in with business ID, registered mobile, Razorpay payment ID, date, amount and reason. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days after approval; bank processing may take longer.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal where renewal is enabled; it does not erase transaction records or automatically refund the current period.
