Who operates the service
Mandi Stock Management is operated by L.V. Softech. This policy covers the Android application, administration portal, APIs and associated support services.
Data we collect
Account and personal information: names, mobile numbers, user IDs, roles, login history and assigned business locations.
Business and operational information: business profile, addresses, spots, warehouses, factories, items, farmers, customers, agents, insurers, purchases, sales, stock, transfers, weights, rates, remarks and reports.
Financial information: payment status, amounts, modes, cheque or transaction references, subscription orders and payment history. Razorpay processes checkout payment details under its own privacy practices; we receive payment identifiers and status rather than full card credentials.
Files and technical information: voucher photos, invoice documents, device name, user agent, IP address, session tokens, security logs and transaction activity.
Purposes
Provide authentication, role permissions, transaction synchronization, stock calculations, reports, payment tracking, subscriptions, customer support and fraud/security prevention.
Data is not sold and is not used for third-party behavioral advertising.
Sharing and processors
Data may be processed by contracted hosting, storage, backup and payment providers only to provide the service. Data may also be disclosed when legally required or during a user-directed payment. Business administrators and authorized team members can access records according to their roles and locations.
Permissions
The app uses internet and network-state access. Camera permission is requested only after the user chooses Camera for a voucher photo. Gallery selection uses the Android system picker and does not require broad storage permission.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while the business uses the service and for legitimate security, accounting, contractual and legal periods. A deletion request can be submitted through the Account Deletion page. Confirmed financial, stock and audit records may be retained or anonymized where deletion would violate law, prevent fraud investigation or damage required business records.
Security
HTTPS encryption in transit, password hashing, expiring session tokens, role/location controls, private authenticated photo access, audit logs, validation and backups are used. No service can guarantee absolute security.
